Aquatics and marginals

Aquatic perennials and moisture loving perennials have been introduced to the pond and its  margins. They will enhance the aquatic habitat for amphibians, such as frogs, toads and newts, and for insects such as dragonflies and damselflies.

They are all native species from sources of known native provenance.
